Make your villa in Karuizawa more comfortable. A high-quality air environment achieved with it's House's first-class ventilation system
Ventilation System Basics
A ventilation system is a system that uses a ventilation device to forcibly exchange air without opening windows. The revised Building Standards Act of 2003 made it mandatory for all homes to have a 24-hour ventilation system. This system aims to exchange the air throughout the house once every two hours, or 12 times a day. Ventilation systems are divided into three types: Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3, depending on whether they use machines to supply and exhaust air or leave it to nature.
It's House's first-class ventilation system
It's House uses a Type 1 ventilation system (total heat exchange type) that uses machines for both intake and exhaust of air. It boasts a heat exchange rate of up to 92%, and efficiently exchanges air by utilizing the temperature difference between the outside air and the exhaust air. For example, even if the room temperature is 20°C and the outside air is -5°C, it is possible to warm the outside air to approximately 18°C before bringing it into the room. This improves heating and cooling efficiency, achieving both energy savings and comfort, and maintaining a comfortable living environment throughout Karuizawa's four seasons.
Difference between ducted and ductless types
There are two main types of ventilation systems:
Duct Type
Ducts are installed in the ceiling, allowing ventilation of the entire room with a single device.
-
It is less susceptible to outside air and has stable performance, but the disadvantages are that the duct is difficult to clean and ventilation stops when the main unit breaks down.
Ductless type
-
Ventilation equipment installed in each room
-
Maintenance can be done simply by cleaning the filter
-
No need to worry about dirty ducts
it's House is a "ductless total heat exchange type"
It's House uses a ductless total heat exchange system. The heat exchange rate is up to 92%. Maintenance is easy, just by cleaning the filter regularly, and you can maintain a comfortable living environment for a long time.
Ventilation is an important element in creating "invisible comfort" in a home.
it's House's ventilation system combines energy efficiency, comfort, and ease of maintenance, quietly supporting your daily life.
To create a safe and healthy home, be sure to pay attention to the ventilation system.
